How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use Emporio Systems.
We collect only what we need to run your account, license and purchases — your name, email, a hashed password, and (if you provide them) your TradingView username and platform. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't sell your data.
1.Who we are
Emporio Systems (“we”, “us”), operated by Alexy Musuyi, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at alexymusuyi@gmail.com for any privacy matter.
2.Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Access data: your TradingView username and chosen trading platform, if you provide them, and license keys we issue to you.
- Purchase data: the products you buy and related records. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not see or store your full card details.
- Communications: messages you send us via the contact form or other channels.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server/log information.
3.How we use your data
- to create and manage your account and provide the Services you purchase;
- to issue and manage your license and grant access (e.g. adding your TradingView username to the invite-only script);
- to process payments through our payment processor;
- to respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- to send you essential service messages such as purchase confirmations and license details;
- to secure the Services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4.Legal bases
Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we process your data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you (providing the Services); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services, preventing misuse); your consent (where requested); and compliance with legal obligations.
7.Data retention
We keep your account, license and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
8.Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact alexymusuyi@gmail.com.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
9.Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including hashing passwords and restricting access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date shows when. For any privacy question or request, contact us via the contact form or alexymusuyi@gmail.com.
